- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had previously used this clinic for emergency surgery when my then 10 yr old toy jack russel was attacked and required a great deal of follow-up(thousands of dollars). Since then, I had moved away and utilized services elsewhere. I called again when back in the Sault, regarding euthanization, the receptionist stated that she needed to be seen (now 15 yrs old, incontinent, partially blind, deaf, unable to step up & sometimes walk & getting lost in the yard and home- all explained) further asserting that "we don't just put dogs down because owners don't want them anymore." I can honestly say that I have never experienced such atrocious customer service. Her lack of compassion and assertion of unsupported misconceptions is disgusting at best. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called in today and spoke with a very rude receptionist named Lynn. I was trying to gather information on having my 10 year old 93 lb boxer put down because he has cancer. I want him cremated and his the ashes returned to me. She was completely stand-offish and condescending.
