- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a customer for at least 27 years and the service was great but has gone "down hill" fast. Prescriptions are not ready when they're supposed to be, the phone service sucks, and the over all customer service is not good. When you live out of town and have family members with special pharmaceutical needs, you need a pharmacy that is more reliable and has better follow up procedures with their customers and doctors.
